Group Coaching
No Longer Dieting Group Coaching is for women who are sick of dieting! Group members have dieted on and off for decades with diet "wins" that turn into low self worth, shame and guilt when months later they have regained the weight they lost. This program guides you through the ten principles of the intuitive eating program in a well paced, safe, supportive environment. For three months, we come together as a community to support one another with the struggles of not having "the perfect body" while desiring a healthy, empowered, free life! This virtual group is a safe space to evolve and finally learn that YOU have the power to be in control of what you eat and how you feel in your own skin.
