What is included in
NLD Group Coaching?
12 Virtual Group Coaching sessions
NLD Group Coaching meets once a week virtually for an hour. Can't make one week? Don't worry, all members will receive a recording of each weeks session.
Two 45 minute private Meetings with Rachel
Every member of group will spend an introductory discovery call with me where I learn about your history and your goals so that I can better help you throughout the program. In addition we will sit down after the 12 weeks to talk through where you are now and what your next steps should be.
The Intuitive Eating Book and Workbook
NLD Group Coaching works in congruence with the official Intuitive Eating Book and Workbook which you will receive following registration. (*If you already own them you will receive another anti-diet culture book for your library.)
Worksheets and Resources from the NLD Library
I will send members various worksheets and resources where I see fit.
